Specific Responsibilities

Receive and ensuring correct delivery of guest's luggage to and from rooms, suites and cottages

Perform various errands related to guest needs, comfort, and satisfaction to ensure that they are blown away with the level of service they receive during their stay

Welcome and greet guests at the resort entrance, offer immediate assistance with heavy packages, coats, suitcases and other items, and then transfer, store and property handle guests' luggage

Become very familiar with all the resort offerings, and provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services

Must be able to drive/park cars for guests' complimentary valet parking.

Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer friendly assistance in a timely manner, researching or involving others as needed until the need is successfully met
