The successful Bartender candidate will be able to wow our guests with his or her knowledge of mixology and the ability to recommend just the right beverage. You will know how to multi-task, offer a genuine smile and maintain a demeanor of calm control—even in the busiest of times. Specific Responsibilities

Greeting guests in a timely and professional manner

Verifying legal drinking age of guests

Demonstrating full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations

Accurately taking food and beverage orders in a timely manner at the bar and lounge area

Delivering food and beverage orders within established time frames

Consistently using suggestive selling techniques

Ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only

Setting up and maintaining appropriate stock levels for the bar

Assisting in placing orders for all liquor and bar related supplies
